Delivery Schedule
For most orders, our standard delivery period is typically between 10 and 20 working days. This timeframe applies under normal conditions, but during peak periods, promotions, or special sales, deliveries may take longer due to higher order volumes. Working days exclude Sundays, public holidays, and any days when severe weather warnings, such as tropical cyclones, are in effect.
Please note that we are unable to provide scheduled or specific delivery time slots. Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed, so it is important to ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete before completing your purchase.
Factors That May Affect Delivery
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, several factors can cause delays. Severe weather, such as storms or heavy rainfall, can slow down courier services. High-demand periods, including holidays and promotional events, may extend processing and delivery times. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may prevent couriers from locating the address, resulting in delays. If any items in your order are out of stock, our customer service team will reach out to discuss alternatives, including partial shipments, cancellations, or refunds.
Delivery Fees
Standard shipping is free for all orders. There are no charges for standard delivery. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and we cannot contact you after two tries, the order will be automatically cancelled, and any payment already made will be refunded to your original payment method.

Situations Where Orders May Not Ship
Orders may occasionally be delayed or not shipped due to stock shortages, delivery addresses in remote or hard-to-access locations, or when a shipping address is a PO Box, which we cannot serve. Payment issues, such as declined transactions, may also prevent an order from being processed until resolved.
Receiving the Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through returning the item and securing a refund. If the wrong size or variant is delivered, you may return the product and place a new order for the correct item.
